Components of Work Keys System

Career Readiness Certificate (CRC): Through a series of tests, measures one's ability to communicate and solve problems by evaluating their ability to read and locate information along with applied mathematics. If a potential employee presents their CRC, you will have a clear indication of their skill level in these areas. Individuals can take these tests at a variety of sites, including Tulsa Technology, some high schools, and Workforce offices across the state.

Job Profiles: This analysis offers you, the employer, a concrete way to analyze the specific skills an individual must have to perform successfully. Job profiling consists of a task analysis to select the tasks most critical to a job and skill analysis to identify the skills and skill levels required to enter the job and perform effectively. By matching the job profile information with individual scores on the WorkKeys assessments, you can make reliable decisions about hiring, training, and program development needs.
