Intense, action packed, kid friendly, incredible music and great fun only begins to describe the Broken Arrow Rooster Day's festival.
On Thursday night the fun begins at Rooster Days. Live music, and a variety of enterntainment options are available for everyone. View the Arts and Crafts booths, buy a Mega Ride Pass and enjoy a corn dog, fried ice-cream or whatever your heart desires. Rooster Days has something for everyone.
On Saturday morning the streets of downtown Broken Arrow are flooded with spectators from all ages to partake in the parade. Kids line the streets with goody bags ready to gather candy and celebrate the Rooster Days tradition. And, of course the Bands of Broken Arrow are a major draw. Broken Arrow is recognized all over the country for their superior and dynamic bands.
Community groups, civic organization and others take part and make Rooster Days such an enjoyable event.
Bright, shiny smiles are visible as kids wander thru the petting zoo and feed the variety of animals.
And of course, the rides are a huge hit. Pride Amusement will set-up a fantastic variety of rides. From spinning, twirling rides to grab your seat roller coasters rides.
In 2008, it paid to graduate from Broken Arrow High School, attend project graduation, and hang out at Rooster Days. Corey Christian was the winner of the new car provided by Ferguson Pontiac of Broken Arrow.
And, in 2008 Shelby Edwards was crowned Miss Chick of Broken Arrow. Miss Chick serves as an ambassador for the youth of Broken Arrow.
